Field Study OL - Grade B

This was an average OL student. He enjoyed doing his projects and went on to get an A grade in the overall JC mark, which did wonders for his self-esteem.
He was a child who could have easily gone either way and he himself credits ESS with keeping him in school and out of trouble. One of our quiet success stories.

These were my class. I made the mistake of mentioning that there had been bombs in Parnell Street. This, of course, became their focus and almost ruined the project. I will know to keep my mouth shut in future.

The marks he got were:

Aim - 3
Gathering of data- 5
Techniques used - 4
Personal application - 5
Manip. of data - 6
Conclusion - 2
Presentation - 5

Total - 31, for a B.

His conclusion is really just a description of what is on each page. A couple of extra pertinent sentences here could have got him full marks on the conclusion.

Field Study HL - Grade A

This was from a good student, who probably could have done even better. There was some room for improvement.
